In short: CommunityReviewer is an independent directory and review platform. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We work hard to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it — always verify pricing and details with the community itself. Don't post fake reviews or abusive content. Community owners can claim listings for free, but nobody can buy a better rating.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using CommunityReviewer.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What CommunityReviewer is (and isn't)

CommunityReviewer is an independent directory, discovery, and review platform for online communities hosted on Skool. CommunityReviewer is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with Skool. Skool is a trademark of its owner. Community names, creator names, and logos appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the communities being described and reviewed.

We do not sell, operate, or control any of the communities listed on the Site. Joining a community is a transaction between you and that community's owner, on that community's own terms.

3. Reviews are their authors' opinions

User reviews published on the Site are the personal opinions and experiences of the individuals who submitted them. They are not statements, endorsements, or representations by CommunityReviewer. We do not adopt, verify the truth of, or take responsibility for the content of user reviews, although we moderate submissions against our Review Guidelines.

4. Accuracy of listings

Listing information (including pricing, member counts, descriptions, and features) is collected from publicly available sources and from community owners, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Prices and offerings change frequently. Always confirm current pricing and details directly with the community before joining. We provide the Site and its content "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Editorial content and AI assistance

Editorial content on the Site (such as community overviews, pros and cons, and "best for" assessments) is produced by the CommunityReviewer editorial team, with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, based on publicly available information. Editorial content is clearly labeled, reflects our good-faith assessment, and is never presented as a member review. See our Editorial & AI Policy.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you join a community through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence ratings, reviews, rankings, or editorial content. See our Affiliate Disclosure Ownership Disclosure.

7. Your account

Some features (submitting reviews, claiming a listing) require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit (reviews, responses, and other material). By submitting content, you grant CommunityReviewer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and excerpting), and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

You are responsible for what you submit. You represent that your content is truthful to your experience, does not violate any law, and does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not submit content you don't have the right to share.

9. Acceptable use

No fake, paid-for, or incentivized-sentiment reviews.
No reviews of your own community, your employer's community, or a direct competitor's community (see the conflict-of-interest rules in the Review Guidelines).
No threats, harassment, hate speech, or posting others' personal information.
No spam, promotional content, or affiliate links in reviews.
No scraping, automated bulk collection of Site content, or interference with the Site's operation.
No impersonating another person, community, or CommunityReviewer staff.

10. Community owner terms

Community owners may claim their listing for free after verification. Claimed owners may correct factual information, update their profile, and respond publicly to reviews. Owners may report reviews they believe violate our guidelines, but a negative opinion is not, by itself, grounds for removal. No paid feature on this Site grants higher ratings, better rankings, review removal, or suppression of negative reviews — and none ever will.

11. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, approve, reject, remove, or restrict any content or account at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or our guidelines. We are not obligated to publish, retain, or restore any content.

12. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us at legal@communityreviewer.com with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will respond to valid notices, including removing material where appropriate.

13. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY COMMUNITY LISTED ON THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR DECISION TO JOIN ANY COMMUNITY IS YOURS ALONE.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUNITYREVIEWER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY COMMUNITY YOU JOIN THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommunityReviewer and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 8, and 12–15) survive.

17. Governing law
